Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla cookies, crushed, for the cheesecake base; 3/4 cups butter, melted, for the cheesecake base; 1 cup evaporated milk, for the cheesecake; 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the cheesecake; 2 cups cream cheese, for the cheesecake; 1 tablespoon D'Gari vanilla essence; 2 envelopes D'Gari powder gelatin, 14 g, previously hydrated and melted; 2 cups milk, for the coffee flan; 2 tablespoons instant coffee, for the coffee flan; 1 Flan D'Gari® vanilla flavor, 115 g, for the coffee flan; whipped cream, for decoration; milk chocolate, grated, for decoration

For the base: in a bowl, mix the vanilla cookies and butter with a spatula until you achieve a firm consistency that doesn't crumble. Grease a cheesecake pan with butter. Add the cookie and butter mixture and press down to a thickness of 1 cm. Let cool and set aside.
