12 portions
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 grams flour
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • 1 clapboard chocolate, to drink
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 splints butter, smoothed
  • ground pepper
  • ground clove
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • few Water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a mold, join the following ingredients one by one; the eggs, the muscovado sugar, the oil, the nuts, the milk, the cocoa, the baking powder.
Once all these ingredients are mixed, try the pasta, add it to the taste, cinnamon, pepper and cloves so that it is a bit spicy but without the taste being too strong, if you remove the sweetness you can add another little of sugar.
Now ready this mixture, place in a mold for a gas oven, previously greased and floured, bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan with a little water, dissolve the chocolate tablet to drink at your own preference; As you are, add the glass sugar little by little.
Remove from the heat and let cool, as soon as it is at room temperature, include the butter until it forms a delicious and spreadable bitumen. If you want to give better color to the bitumen you can add a spoonful of cocoa or a little soluble coffee.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool, take it out of the mold, if it is too big, you can cut it in half and fill it with the same bitumen, if it is thin, just cover it with the bitumen on the outside.
Garnish with pieces of walnut.

Garnish the cake with nuts or whole pieces, you can also put other details such as chocolate balls or cinnamon powder.

Do not forget that the sweetness you choose, if you make the mixture a bit insipid before putting it in the oven you can sweeten it more or on the contrary, just remember that if you put too much sugar it will not inflate properly.
