Place the chocolate chips, condensed milk, salt and vanilla essence in a microwave bowl.
Insert the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix until the chocolate chips have melted and are integrated with the other ingredients.
Cover the bowl with non-stick plastic for 45 minutes until it is firm enough to form balls.
Form pellets of the mixture using a spoon for ice cream, this way they will all have the same size.
Knead a little each ball and stretch the tips a little. Place them on a flat surface with waxed paper.
Melt the pastry chocolate and dip the tip of the sliced almonds.
