Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease and flour a 23 cm bundt pan. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Set aside to cool. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add the yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually add the chocolate and the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
