Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cups grape

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 centigrade.
Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar, covering all the edges.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract until they are mixed.
Add the flour and stir well.
Place the grapes in the greased mold and put the mixture on top.
Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and the center is cooked.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with icing sugar.

medidas del claufoufis de uvas Hola ..que tipo de cucharadas son las que dan en la receta..'?? es que es muy poquito para q salga un pay para 10 porciones..y en el video se ve como si fueran ingredientes en medidas por tazas.. por favor ..las medidas correctas para hacerlo porque la verdad se ve delicioso..
