These mini cheesecakes will fascinate you, because they have a crunchy biscuit base, a creamy and smooth filling decorated with a juicy strawberry covered with chocolate and finished with more chocolate. Amazing combination!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 packages Prince Hazel Temptation of Marinela®
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated, 7g each
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate, melted
  • 8 strawberries

Preparation

Remove the filling of the Hazel Prince Temptation from Marinela®. Reservation.
Grind the cookies without filling with the help of a mortar and mix with the butter.
Place the mixture in rings and press with the help of a spoon, forming a base. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and grenetine.
Pour on the base of cookies and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Melt bitter chocolate and hazelnut filling in a bain-marie.
Cover the strawberries with the previous preparation, let dry.
Unmold the cheesecake, grate it with the chocolate mixture and decorate with a strawberry.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with melted chocolate and a strawberry covered with chocolate.

TIPS

You can substitute condensed milk for ¼ cup of sugar.
