Grind the cookies without filling with the help of a mortar and mix with the butter.
Place the mixture in rings and press with the help of a spoon, forming a base. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and grenetine.
Pour on the base of cookies and refrigerate for 2 hours.
