1 portion
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 45 grams unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the oil, sugar, pinch of salt, eggs and a tablespoon of vanilla with a medium speed blender for 2 minutes.
Pass through a sieve the flour, the baking powder and the cocoa while it is added to the mixture. Integra well and add the cup of milk, while beating again for a minute. In two molds more or less high pour the mixture, a little butter and flour, one a little above the middle and the other a little less and bake them for about 30 to 50 minutes.
For the filling; place a bowl in the stove over medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of milk and the marshmallows, mix until it is well integrated.
Then pass it to another bowl with a spoonful of vanilla, a pinch of salt and icing sugar. Mix it and add the cup of cream to beat and beat on medium speed for 4 to 6 minutes until it is like fluffy.
To cover the chocolate, place 1/2 cup of whipping cream over medium heat and when it begins to boil, add it to the chocolate, add the butter and mix until it is well integrated and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take the loaves out of their mold and place the boy on top of the large one, then with the help of a knife, cut it to shape it into a penguin's pancake (that is, smaller below and bigger than above).
Then separate them again and you will make a hole inside the bigger bread, you will do the same with the boy but with the hole not so deep. In those two holes you will put the creamy white filling (set aside a little). On the shore, put some of the chocolate coating on it and put the small bread on top of the large one again. Now cover all the bread with the cover and add the creamy mixture that is left over to a pastry bag or a bag and make the decoration above.
