12 portions
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 125 milliliters milk
  • 1/2 liters cream, or milk cream
  • 100 grams candy, of violets
  • 1 on gelatin
  • 1 Biscuit
  • 1/2 envelopes gelatin, for coverage
  • 150 milliliters Water, for coverage
  • 50 grams candy, violet, for coverage
  • artificial food coloring, violet, for coverage

Spray 100 grams of candy.
In a glass of cold water we put our grenetina until it dissolves.
We mount the cream or cream in a cold bowl, then beat well until it is creamy.
Slowly add the caramel to the bowl with the cream or cream, beat at a low speed.
In another large bowl we put the hot milk and the dissolved grenetina, stir well.
Once dissolved the grenetina in the milk let it warm and then add the cheese in it, mix well.
Once mixed, add to the bowl our mixture of cream or milk cream and caramels in an enveloping form.
Prepare the mold for our cake with aluminum foil on the base and waxed paper on the edges, it is important that it be a removable mold.
We put the cake at the bottom of the mold and add our mixture to it. We put it in the refrigerator until it sets well.
For coverage: dissolve the 1/2 envelope of gelatin in water.
Once dissolved in a pot over medium heat we put the 150 milliliters of water and the grenetina.
Once dissolved, we add the 50 grams of candies.
Once the candies are dissolved in the grenetina, we add a drop of violet dye and stir well.
To the mixture that we left in the refrigerator already well curdled, we added our cover carefully.
Before unmolding put it again in the refrigerator so that the cover settles properly.
Finally, carefully unmold and decorate to your mom's taste.

Garnish with violet candy or your taste with flowers.

Be very careful when unmolding it can be ruined. Wait for it to set well.
