Preparation
Place the water, piloncillo and cinnamon in a pot over low heat to prepare the honey.
Heat oil in a pan and place the bread to impregnate it.
In a mold place a layer of bread, on top add the raisins and honey, well to cover all the bread.
Heat for 20 minutes on the stove over low heat.
Serve two pieces per plate and enjoy.
