The flotatina gets its name from the fact that two gelatins are made, and one of them is encapsulated inside the other, as when pouring the second gelatin, the first "floats." This cheese flotatina with blackberries has classic flavors, is very creamy and delicious. Although the process takes some patience, it is quite simple.
Decorate the cheese flotatina with blackberries with whipped cream, blackberry sauce, and fresh blackberries.
Tips
If the cheese gelatin sets, you can heat it for a few seconds in the microwave or in a water bath; however, when pouring it, it should be warm, almost cold, otherwise the other gelatin will melt and we won't achieve the desired effect.
