Start by making the cake base. Prepare a 22cm round springform pan with butter. In a food processor, process the cookies. Add melted butter, sugar, and salt to the processor and combine. With your hands, press the base into the springform pan and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Now prepare the filling. In an electric mixer, beat the cream cheeses until very fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and continue mixing. Add the lemon and salt and continue mixing. Add the eggs one at a time, and continue mixing. Finally, add the sour cream and mix until you have a smooth filling.
