Preheat the oven to 180°C. For the cake, in a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Set aside. In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients. Set aside. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones, beat for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous consistency. Pour into 3 previously greased and floured molds, bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the hazelnut cream, add the grated coconut and the nuts. Set aside. For the frosting, cream the cream cheese, add the powdered sugar, cocoa, heavy cream, and beat for another 3 minutes until integrated. On a cake base, place some filling, repeat the procedure, and place the last cake base on top. Cover the cake with chocolate frosting, add melted chocolate, use a piping bag with a star tip to decorate the cake with the remaining frosting and add nuts.
