Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups roasted nut, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted and at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups banana, very mature, aplstados
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the oven rack in the center.
Grease an elongated cake pan with butter (23 x 13 x 8 cm). Sprinkle with flour.
Put the nuts in a baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until they are lightly toasted. Let them cool and chop.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed bananas, melted butter, eggs and vanilla.
With a spatula, slowly mix the dry ingredients (flour, etc) with the banana mixture.
The mixture should remain lumpy (not over-beat).
Put the mixture in the mold and bake until the pan has browned a bit like for 55-65 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
