Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Grease and flour a 28 cm thread mold
Grind table chocolate
Sift the flour together with the cocoa and the baking powder.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat.
Add the butter to the sugar, add egg yolks and eggs one by one, stirring constantly, add the ground chocolate, sifted flour, vanilla and mix the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into the prepared screw mold and bake for about an hour until the chopstick comes out clean.
Warm up and unmold
To bathe with the syrup made by boiling the water with the sugar, liquor can optionally be added to taste.
Cover: Melt the butter, add the cocoa, when it dissolves add the condensed milk, let it thicken slightly
With the hot mixture cover the thread
Fill and decorate the thread with strawberries
Splash with the granillo
