Mousse of 3 Chocolates

Prepare this soft sweet mousse, this individual dessert based on dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate, decorated with raspberries and fresh mint are delicious.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of Extra Special® Bread with Bilberry
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream to beat hot
  • 165 grams of bitter chocolate
  • to taste of Vegetable coloring dark coffee
  • 165 grams of milk chocolate
  • 165 grams of White chocolate
  • 2 cups of cream to beat Semi mounted, divided into 3
  • to taste of raspberry to decorate
  • to taste of mint to decorate
  • to taste of Great Value® glass sugar to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base of the mousse, place the Pan Extra Special® with Cranberry on a board, cut with the help of a ring in the shape of a circle.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter and fry the circles of Pan Extra Special® with Cranberry until crispy. Reservation.
    For the mousse of 3 chocolates, divide the cream to beat hot in 3 bowls, add to a bowl the bitter chocolate and a few drops of dark brown coloring, in another add the milk chocolate and in another the white chocolate, mix until integrating. Incorporates the semi-mounted whipping cream.
    In a ring wrapped in anti-stick plastic place the bread base, and a layer of chocolate mousse, refrigerate until set. Fill with another layer of milk chocolate and refrigerate again, add the last layer of white chocolate mousse and refrigerate.
    Serve the mousse and decorate with raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
