Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl beat the pieces of San Juan® Egg with butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and sour cream, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the preparation over a cast-iron skillet previously floured, place the peaches and add the sliced almonds.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool.
