Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare two trays for cupcakes with papers.
In a deep bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl with an electric mixer , mix the butter with the sugar to make the mixture spongy, 3 minutes.
Continue mixing and add the eggs, vanilla, milk and vinegar. Combine with the flour mixture little by little. Add 1 cup of coconut to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pastry papers and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow them to cool and decorate with a vanilla bitumen and grated coconut.
