Ingredients

12 portions
  • 325 grams flour
  • 180 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Gelato de frutti di bosco NEVE GELATO®

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Stir the flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt in the blender until the mixture is like sand, add 30 ml of water in the blender and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Remove the dough, divide it into two parts and form two thick discs.
Place the dough on transparent paper and let stand 20 min in the refrigerator.
Bake and spread melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Check in 20 min if the dough is golden.
Take out and let cool.
Place a disk in a cake mold below.
Fill with Gelato by Frutti di Bosco NEVE GELATO® and cover with the other disc.
Serve immediately.
