Preparation
Hydrates the grenetine with water. Microwave for 5 seconds to dissolve.
Blend mango with condensed milk. Reservation.
Mix the grenetine with the mango preparation.
Beat the cream in the blender at medium speed until soft peaks form.
Add the cream little by little to the mango mixture in an enveloping way, until well incorporated.
Place a layer of soletas on the base in a removable cake pan. Place soletas on the walls of the mold, to form a wall.
Pour the mango mixture into the mold until full.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
