Enjoy the season of mangoes and enjoy this creamy and fabulous mango mousse dessert with soletas. You will be the best host. It is a delicious and simple recipe, perfect to finish a tasty meal.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u)
  • 5 spoonfuls of Water
  • 3 cups of mango without skin, without bone cut into cubes. Reserve 1 cup to decorate.
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of whipping cream cool
  • 2 boxes of lady finger vanilla of 300 gc / u

    Preparation

    Hydrates the grenetine with water. Microwave for 5 seconds to dissolve.
    Blend mango with condensed milk. Reservation.
    Mix the grenetine with the mango preparation.
    Beat the cream in the blender at medium speed until soft peaks form.
    Add the cream little by little to the mango mixture in an enveloping way, until well incorporated.
    Place a layer of soletas on the base in a removable cake pan. Place soletas on the walls of the mold, to form a wall.
    Pour the mango mixture into the mold until full.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Place your mousse on a cake stand or insert it into a gift box.

    TIPS

    You can use natural mango or frozen natural mango.
