Enjoy all the flavor of Vitalinea® natural Greek style with a base of granola with chocolate and a soft and creamy yogurt mousse with strawberry, decorated with mixed fruits. It is the perfect dessert for sharing.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of granola
  • 3/4 of Cup of White chocolate molten
  • 2 packages of cream cheese (190 gc / u)
  • 1/4 of Cup of bee honey (50 ml)
  • 2 cups of Vitalinea® natural Greek style
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 14 g (hydrated and melted)
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry jam
  • to taste of Strawberry to decorate
  • to taste of blueberry to decorate
  • to taste of blackberry to decorate
  • to taste of Fresh mint to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the granola and white chocolate, place in a mold, press to compact.
    Beat the cream cheese, honey, and Vitalinea® natural Greek style until it has a smooth and creamy consistency, add the previously melted gelatin. Divide the mixture into two parts.
    Add the strawberry jam and mix very well.
    Place a bit of yoghurt mousse, add a few spoonfuls of strawberry mousse and with the help of a marble stick a bit to gently mix the colors, pour the rest of the strawberry mousse.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold and decorate with mixed berries and mint.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, decorated with mixed fruits.

    TIPS

    Add some yogurt to the unflavored gelatin, to temper it and so it does not set immediately.
