Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 envelopes of D'Gari ® Condensed Milk Gelatin ® 140 g
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 on of Gelatin Flavor Jerez D'Gari® 140 g
  • 1 on of Gelatin Flavor Lemon D'Gari ® 140 g
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 liter of Water
  • enough of oil

    Preparation

    Heat the milk and add the D'Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, reserve.
    Heat a liter of water and add the Jerez D'Gari® Flavor Gelatin empty in a mold and let set in refrigeration for two hours.
    Cut 1 circle smaller than the mold you will use, reserve in a tray greased with oil.
    Heat a liter of water and add the D'Gari® Lemon Flavor Gelatin, mix and empty in a mold. Leave to set in refrigeration for two hours.
    Cut 1 circle of the same size as the sherry jelly, reserve in a tray greased with oil.
    Empty half of the condensed milk jelly in a mold, put it to refrigerate for 20 minutes, add the circle of the sherry jelly and the circle of the lemon jelly to the center.
    Cover with the other half condensed milk jelly, refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Es la que yo uso D'gariy precisamente tengo que hacer una gelatina de leche condensada para el q8 dic. para 50 personas. Pero me pueden decir pq 1 lt. de leche solamente para los 2 sobres. No es muy poco 1 lt.? espero me contesten gracias.
