Ingredients

60 servings
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 3/4 of Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 cups of chocolate chip

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar and brown sugar until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
    Add the vanilla and eggs and beat well.
    Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in another container. Add little by little to the butter mixture and continue whisking until everything is incorporated.
    Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.
    Prepare two baking trays with butter and flour and scoop dough into a spoon.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned. Remove from the oven.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve accompanied by a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    Leave enough space between each cookie to prevent them from coming together.

    Para las personitas que opinan que quedan un poquito palidas se puede usar colorante cafe para reposteria asi toman un poco mas de color 😉 en cuanto a porciones me salieron 30 galletas medianas 🙄 y por el dulce me parece que queda a gusto personal quedan dulces si no las deceas muy dulces puedes restar el azucar yo solo use 2 tazas☺ esta en ti modificarlas y hacer tu receta personal

    Muy ricas! Les doy un tip: antes de poner las bolitas de masa en la charola pongan a enfriar la mezcla, así al hornear quedan más gorditas en lugar de extenderse mucho, quedarán más suavecitas y perfectas para remojar en leche
