This little glass of yoghurt with apples and amaretto is delicious. It is made with Oikos, which gives a twist to any fruit recipe with yoghurt. It is also accompanied with toasted almonds!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 apples, in segments
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto
  • 2 Oikos® plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons almond, fillets and toasts

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat melt the butter and add the apples, cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the amaretto and cook for 5 more minutes. Chill
Serve Oikos® natural yoghurt and cover with apple wedges.
Decorate with almonds and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with toasted sliced ​​almonds.

TIPS

You can change apples for pears.
