Cocoa pancakes with amaranth, cinnamon, nutmeg and almond milk. They are simple to prepare and their flavor is exquisite. Share them with everyone at home and dazzle them with a rich and different dessert.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 4 cups amaranth
  • 1/4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/4 cups nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 sticks cream cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the 4 cups of amaranth, 1/4 of egg white, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of royal, 1/4 of nutmeg, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, mix until achieving a homogeneous consistency.
The mixture is poured into a container previously greased with coconut oil.
The mixture is placed in the oven and left for about 30 minutes or until it sponges.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Beat 1/4 of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of cocoa to create a homogeneous mixture.

PRESENTATION

The pancake is wrapped in the mixture made with the cream cheese and decorated with chocolate sticks around it and put chocolate lunettes on the top.

TIPS

In the decoration you can add fresh strawberries.
