Wanting to do something mother-daughter we decided to make some biscuits that were very rich. They are fluffy and have an unparalleled flavor, prepare them you will not regret.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams flour, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • to taste raisin, optional

Preparation

Preheat the oven 180 ° C.
In a deep bowl mix the condensed milk with the eggs (beat one by one from the inside out), then mix with the flour, the melted butter, the vanilla and finally the baking powder until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Spray butter spray on all 12 molds.
Empty the mixture in the molds up to 3/4 parts.
Take to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean the biscuits are ready.
