With this recipe you can prepare some elegant and refreshing Chocomenta Cupcakes, the combination of flavors is surprisingly delicious.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of Royal baking powder
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of cream
  • 100 grams of Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 150 grams of chocolate chip
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoonful of mint essence
  • green food color to taste
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200
