Original recipe for pop corn cupcakes, ideal for important dates to watch on television. Prepare them and surprise your family and friends.

Ingredients

24 servings
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 12 spoonfuls of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 boat of vanilla frosting
  • 1 bag of small marshmallow White color
  • yellow food color

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Put small pieces of paper for cupcakes in a tray.
    In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In a blender , add the butter with the sugar until it has a spongy consistency and is pale yellow. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until everything is incorporated. Add the vanilla.
    Alternating, add the flour and milk mixture to the blender . Making sure everything is mixed.
    Divide the mixture between the cupcake pieces in the trays and fill in 3/4.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out dry.
    While the cupcakes cool, place the chocolates in a container and add a few drops of yellow dye and stir with your hands, so that the chocolates are white and yellow simulating popcorn.
    Place the vanilla bitumen on top of the cupcake and top with the chocolates.
    Place the cupcakes in a few pots that are painted white with red.
