Ingredients

  • 180 grams butter
  • 215 grams brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 60 grams cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups cream, Lyncott (for the filling and the cover)
  • 60 grams cocoa, (filling)

Preparation

Beat the butter and sugar until acremar, already acremada add one by one the eggs without stopping to beat.
Add flour, baking powder and cocoa (previously sifted) and continue beating.

TIPS

The bread can be made in different flavors, replacing the 60g of cocoa with 60g of cinnamon or 60g of strawberry powder (the one used for strawberry milk) for example.
