Easy recipe to make some delicious vanilla cupcakes decorated with the rich and classic cream cheese bitumen, they are perfect as a dessert on any occasion and also as a gift. Prepare them.

Ingredients

14 servings
  • 200 grams of flour sifted
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 160 milliliters of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 190 grams of cream cheese room temperature
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    Beat the sugar and butter at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Incorporate the eggs one by one into the mixture.
    Add the flour together with the baking powder and the pinch of salt to the mixture.
    Add the milk and the vanilla extract until it is completely incorporated into the mixture.
    Distribute the mixture inside the cupcake molds, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.
    Bake until they have been fluffed and cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
    Bitumen: Add to the blender the cream cheese bar and the butter and mix until it sponges.
    Pour the powdered sugar and the tablespoon of vanilla extract and add.

    TIPS

    Before decorating, let the bitumen cool for 10 minutes.
