Ingredients

24 portions
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature for bitumen
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for bitumen
  • 1/3 cups milk, for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • M & M chocolates, of colors
  • artificial food coloring

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 180 degrees. In a medium bowl mix, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl beat the butter with the sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs and yolks one by one. Add the vanilla.
Alternating add a little of the flour mixture and a little of the milk and so on until finishing with the flour. Mix until you combine, do not mix more.
Line up a tray for cupcakes with cups. and fill half of each with an ice cream spoon.
Bake for 30 minutes. Watch out! Do not open the oven prematurely since it will be lowered and the cupcake shape will not remain.
Take out the cupcakes and let them cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat the butter until it is very soft, take care to mix everything evenly. Add the icing sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Divide the bitumen into different small bowls and add the coloring of your preference. Fill a sleeve with the color of bitumen that you prefer and the duya of your choice. You can use the one in the form of a star.
Decorate with m & m's, you can make a flower, a heart or the letter of the celebrant. Use your creativity to make your own cupcakes.
