Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 tablespoon isomalt sugar

Preparation

Place 1 tbsp of isomalt sugar in the silicone half-sphere mold and melt it in the microwave for 15 seconds until it is completely liquid. Pour the liquid sugar into the mold and cover all the walls well. Let it dry.
When it is dry, carefully remove from the mold and place on the cupcake.

PRESENTATION

Place the sphere on the cupcake.

TIPS

Be careful with liquid sugar, which can cause serious burns.
