It is a decoration for cupcakes that look like Christmas balls but are edible. An incredible way to decorate your cupcakes and that is perfect as a gift.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 50 grams fondant
  • to taste edible diamond
  • to taste edible food pigment, silicone half sphere
  • 5 milliliters rum

Preparation

Melt the chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave with 15-second lapses.
Pour a considerable amount into the silicone half sphere mold and turn it so that it reaches all the parts and covers completely. Place it on a flat base facing down to drain all the excess chocolate. Leave the chocolate to cool and peel off very carefully to unmold it very carefully so as not to break it.
With a new blush brush special for this type of work, take a little bit of damantine and place it on the chocolate until you cover the entire sphere.
With the fondant form the hat of the sphere and with the same fondant make a very thin band-aid to form the ring to put the hook and when they are dry, paint with the toner mixed with white rum to make it liquid and be able to paint.

Place on cupcakes to decorate.
