Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a blender , beat the butter until creamy, add the sugar, and add the San Juan® eggs little by little.
Add the flour and baking powder, pour the milk, the vanilla essence and whisk until integrated. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
To a preparation add the melted chocolate and mix until integrated.
Pour the chocolate preparation in the pots up to 1/3. Add the vanilla preparation, to fill ¾ parts of the layer, bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
For the bitumen, beat the cream cheese with the butter until they are soft, add the strawberry essence, the icing sugar and the pink coloring.
Place the bitumen on a sleeve and decorate the cupcakes.
