Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Enmantecar a mold for cupcakes or cover them with the cupcakes for paper cupcakes butter.
In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, butter and peanut butter, and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one by one, and continue beating after incorporating each one. Add vanilla essence. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Go incorporating this preparation to the previous mixture, alternating with the milk, until achieving a very homogeneous mixture.
Fill the cupcake molds to 1/3 of the top edge. Take to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the top of the cupcakes return to their position when pressed with your finger.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes until they are removed from the mold and transferred to a rack to cool completely.
