Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams lard, ointment
  • 240 grams brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 200 grams flour
  • 55 grams cream
  • 200 grams yogurt, vanilla
  • 200 grams cocoa, bitter

Preparation

Beat the lard with the black sugar, beat until you get a cream.
Then add the eggs one at a time.
Sift the dry ingredients above the previous preparation.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream with yoghurt and pour over the previous mixture with enveloping movements.
Finally sift the bitter cocoa on the dough and mix until it has been integrated.
Fill the 3/4 parts of the pirotines (cupcake paper).
