These rich vanilla cupcakes have a merengue bitumen in the form of grass with some sweet eggs on top. You can prepare them with other sweets like gummies in the shape of little worms. They are ideal for a children's party. Prepare these cupcakes with grass and Easter eggs.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 degrees). Put the cupcakes in the cake mold.
Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
With an electric mixer at medium-high speed, add butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Reduce the temperature to medium and add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after adding each one. Add the yolks and stir well until everything is incorporated.
Reduce the speed and add the flour in three parts, alternating with the milk. Stir well and add the vanilla extract.
Divide the mixture between the cupcake molds and fill them 3/4 full.
Cook until they are ready, about 20 minutes. Pass to a cooling rack for 10 minutes.
Prepare the merengue bitumen: Mix the egg whites, sugar and salt in a small pot and put over another pot with boiling water. Move with a balloon whisk until the sugar dissolves completely. Put the mixture in a blender with the balloon whisk attachment. Beat at medium-high speed until peaks form. Continue beating until it cools about 10 minutes more.
With the blender in medium-low speed, add the butter little by little, stirring well after adding it. Continue beating (now with the normal attachment) until there are no air bubbles, about 2 minutes. Add the droplets of green dye in the blender (care that they paint a lot) until you get the desired color.
Put the green bitumen in a dulla with a small point with many openings (# 233). Start at the center of the cupcakes and moving upwards make the grass on top of the cupcake. Make some a little larger to look like real grass.
Decorate the cupcakes with Easter eggs of sugar or chocolate.
