This cold layered dessert of pear with gingerbread and a little cinnamon is a rich option for any occasion. This dessert has a creamy texture thanks to the vanilla pudding. As well as the crispy touch of the pear. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

18 portions
  • 4 cups muffin, of ginger, cut into small cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups milk, cool
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cans pear, in syrup, chopped

Preparation

Pour the milk into a large bowl. Add the cinnamon and the dry powder of pudding mixes. Stir them with a rod whisk for 2 min. or until they are well mixed. Carefully add 2 cups of whipped cream. Inside in a serving bowl; form separate layers with 1/3 of the gingerbread cubes, 1/3 of the pears and 1/3 of the pudding mixture; Repeat the layers twice more.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour. Fill it with the remaining cup of the whipped cream just before serving. Refrigerate covered the dessert that envelope.
