Preparation
Pour the milk into a large bowl. Add the cinnamon and the dry powder of pudding mixes. Stir them with a rod whisk for 2 min. or until they are well mixed. Carefully add 2 cups of whipped cream. Inside in a serving bowl; form separate layers with 1/3 of the gingerbread cubes, 1/3 of the pears and 1/3 of the pudding mixture; Repeat the layers twice more.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour. Fill it with the remaining cup of the whipped cream just before serving. Refrigerate covered the dessert that envelope.
