Pour the milk into a large bowl. Add the cinnamon and the dry pudding mix. Whisk them together for 2 minutes or until well combined. Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped cream. In a serving bowl, layer 1/3 of the gingerbread cubes, 1/3 of the pears, and 1/3 of the pudding mixture; repeat the layers two more times. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour. Top it with the remaining cup of whipped cream just before serving. Refrigerate any leftover dessert, covered.
