Caramelized apples are a delicious dessert, simple and very economical. It is a very healthy recipe, with a very special touch, since the delicious Oikos® Yogurt with Blueberry is used in the recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 pieces of green apple peeled and cut into cubes
  • 350 grams of sugar
  • 50 milliliters of Water
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 500 grams of Yogurt Oikos® with Blueberries

    Preparation

    Peel and cut the apples into cubes.
    Heat water and sugar in a pot at medium temperature.
    Add the apple and cinnamon. Cook until the apple is soft.
    Remove the cinnamon and strain the apple. Reserve a little liquid to serve the apple.
    In a glass container, alternate the caramelized apple with the Greek yoghurt, forming layers.
    Decorate with a slice of cinnamon.

    TIPS

    If you like more spicy desserts, add star anise.
