Preparation
Peel and cut the apples into cubes.
Heat water and sugar in a pot at medium temperature.
Add the apple and cinnamon. Cook until the apple is soft.
Remove the cinnamon and strain the apple. Reserve a little liquid to serve the apple.
In a glass container, alternate the caramelized apple with the Greek yoghurt, forming layers.
Decorate with a slice of cinnamon.
