Ingredients

5 portions
  • 6 black sapotes
  • 2 guanabanas
  • 6 oranges
  • 5 lemons
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste raisin

Preparation

Wash all the ingredients, then cut, squeeze the oranges and lemons.
Grind the guanabana separately.
Grind the zapote.
First, slowly add the soursop.
Then add the juice of the lemon, the orange and finally the zapote.

PRESENTATION

Place in a cup and garnish with raisins and cinnamon.

TIPS

The guanabana when it is not season is usually acidic, I recommend that before adding the lemon you can have its acidity.
