Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 clove
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, (juice and grated)
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh fruit, cut (the mixture that is of your preference)
  • 4 Greek style yoghurt Fage® total 0% honey

Preparation

Bring sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon and lemon to a boil.
When the mixture boils and the sugar is dissolved, add the honey that comes with the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% Honey and let cool for approximately 2 hours.
Once the mixture is cold, put the fruit mixture in glasses or small plates and add the mixture on top.
Leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Garnish with a large spoonful of Yogurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% to serve.
