Preparation
Beat whole milk, egg yolks and condensed milk.
Heat the previous mixture in a pot. Do not stop beating to avoid sticking in the container. Add the Tapioca and a splash of vanilla extract, leave on the heat until it starts to boil.
You will notice that the tapioca changes color from white to crystalline. Turn off the pot and add the pineapple syrup.
Leave the mixture to rest until it cools.
Use the pineapple and the strawberry in pieces to accompany the tapioca mixture.
Make sure your dessert is cold before eating.
