Yoghurt with Roasted Pineapples and Cinnamon

This dessert of yoghurt with delicious pineapples with sugar and cinnamon has no other description than spectacular. Surprise your family and prepare it in just 15 minutes and with 5 ingredients that you surely have at hand.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 4 slices of pineapple in squares
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange juice
  • 4 yoghures Coconut Oikos® (150 ml each)
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon

    Preparation

    In a pan over low heat melt the butter. Add the pineapples and cook until they take color.
    Add the orange juice and continue cooking until golden brown on both sides and the liquid evaporates.
    Serve the coconut yoghurt in bowls and place the pineapples on top and decorate with cinnamon.

    PRESENTATION

    Sprinkle some cinnamon.

    TIPS

    You can make the pineapples in pan grill.
