In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and knead until you have a homogeneous consistency. Let it rest in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. For the filling, mix the dulce de leche with the egg yolk, cornstarch, and walnuts. Set aside.
