Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tablespoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 2 sticks butter, for the filling
  • 340 grams cream cheese, for the filling
  • 6 cups powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla, for the filling

Preparation

For the cookie: Beat the butter with the two sugars until it is well integrated.
Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla.
Pass the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and powdered ginger through a colander.
Add the dry to the blender gradually.
Add the oats and grated carrots.
Cover and let stand for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Form balls with the same size dough and place them on a baking tray with a silicone mat or waxed paper. Bake at 180 ° C for 11-13 minutes.

For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the butter.

La galleta lleva azucar morena y refinada, el relleno va con azucar glass

se les olvido poner en la lista los 3/4 de azucar morena, en el video esta incluida.

Falta un ingrediente En la preparación para las galletas dice que se deben batir con la mantequilla las DOS azúcares, pero en los ingredientes únicamente dice 3/4 taza de azúcar la cual doy por hecho que es azúcar blanca refinada, ¿me podrían decir cuál es el otro tipo de azúcar y en qué cantidad? ... de antemano muchas gracias!
