The best cookies with dark chocolate and white chocolate chips. This recipe has been in my family for generations and without a doubt, is the preferred one.

Ingredients

40 portions
  • 230 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 125 grams butter
  • 185 grams raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 140 grams bitter chocolate chip
  • 140 grams white chocolate chip
  • 180 grams walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the butter in the blender , together with the mashed sugar and vanilla, beat until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the egg.
Mix the nuts and chocolate chips with the flour.
Lower the speed of the blender and add the dry ingredients.
In a tray with silicone mat or waxed paper, place spoonfuls of the mixture, and with the tips of your fingers, lightly floured, flatten each cookie a little.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. They should be firm to the touch and golden on the edges.
Let cool.

TIPS

If you want you can add almonds, blueberries to give a more crispy consistency.
