Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the butter in the blender , together with the mashed sugar and vanilla, beat until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the egg.
Mix the nuts and chocolate chips with the flour.
Lower the speed of the blender and add the dry ingredients.
In a tray with silicone mat or waxed paper, place spoonfuls of the mixture, and with the tips of your fingers, lightly floured, flatten each cookie a little.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. They should be firm to the touch and golden on the edges.
