I present a recipe that I love, because it tastes delicious and is very easy to prepare. They are rich and sweet chocolate chip cookies, I assure you that they will be your favorites.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chip
  • 1/4 cups flour

Preparation

First mix the melted butter with the brown sugar, the white sugar, the salt and the egg yolk, which should be at room temperature, then add the chocolate chips and mix, add the flour and mix again, pass this mixture to a deep dish or a small refractory and take this to the microwave for 45 seconds and voila!

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with ice cream or with a glass of milk.

TIPS

Pass the marina through a sieve before adding it to the mix.

Conoces los mudcake o pasteles en taza?  Es exactamente lo mismo,  pero en galleta. .. :)

No necesariamente.  Tal vez es como uno de estos pasteles individuales en taza.  Debe salir una galleta grande solamente ;)
