These classic chocolate-covered pretzels are very easy to make. They also have a touch of special mint that turns them into a rich Christmas dessert to give or share.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 100 grams White chocolate, chopped
  • 1 bag pretzel

Preparation

Melt the chocolate semi margo with the coconut oil in a water bath.
Remove from heat and add the mint extract. Stir with a whisk by hand.
Wash the pretzels and place them on a rack. Let the chocolate harden at least 3 hours.
Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie.
Put the white chocolate in a sleeve or plastic bag and decorate the pretzels to taste.

PRESENTATION

Place them in a mason jar or glass jar to give as a gift

TIPS

You can cover them with milk chocolate if you prefer.
