Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • 3/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar
  • 3 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups molasses
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 3 cups White chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable shortening
  • chocolates, green to taste
  • chocolates, red to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, spices and salt.
Acremer the butter along with ½ cup of refined sugar and the mashed sugar.
Add the egg, molasses and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until everything is well incorporated.
Cover the cookie dough with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Melt the green and red chocolate and decorate the cookies.

PRESENTATION

Serve cookies on a plate and serve with milk.

Buena receta El chocolate siempre es muy bueno para usarlo en postres y si hablamos de <a href="http://www.1001consejos.com/top-10-postres-de-navidad/">postres de Navidad</a> no puede faltar. Las galletas con chocolate son fáciles de preparar y además se puede jugar con diseños y texturas. Cada navidad me gusta preparar algo rápido y que le guste a mi familia sin que yo pierda mucho tiempo.
