Ginger cookies with white chocolate

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • 3/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar
  • 3 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups molasses
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 3 cups White chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable shortening
  • chocolates, green to taste
  • chocolates, red to taste


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, spices and salt.
Acremer the butter along with ½ cup of refined sugar and the mashed sugar.
Add the egg, molasses and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until everything is well incorporated.
Cover the cookie dough with non-stick paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form pellets with the same size dough and flatten them slightly.
Sprinkle the remaining 3 tbsp of the sugar over the cookies.
Bake at 180 ° C for 8-10 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and add the vegetable shortening.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool completely.
Once the cookies are cold, dip half of each cookie in the white chocolate.
Melt the green and red chocolate and decorate the cookies.


Serve cookies on a plate and serve with milk.


You can use fresh ginger.

Buena receta El chocolate siempre es muy bueno para usarlo en postres y si hablamos de <a href="http://www.1001consejos.com/top-10-postres-de-navidad/">postres de Navidad</a> no puede faltar. Las galletas con chocolate son fáciles de preparar y además se puede jugar con diseños y texturas. Cada navidad me gusta preparar algo rápido y que le guste a mi familia sin que yo pierda mucho tiempo.
