Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture. Add the egg, honey, cocoa powder to the mixture, and continue mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated. Add the cinnamon and mix it in. Incorporate the flour and knead well until a ball is formed. Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out of the refrigerator and make small balls with the dough, use a toothpick to make two dots for the eyes, place a red M&M in the center for the nose, and add the antlers by breaking the pretzel in half. Bake for 15 minutes.
