It is a simple and quick dessert to make. Delicious for any occasion. You can combine these coconut balls with whatever you like, be it walnut, shredded coconut, dehydrated blueberries or chocolate chips.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 packages Maria cookies
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 45 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 700 grams grated coconut

Preparation

Crush the cookies until they get to powder. You can use the blender to get it.
Mix the crushed cookies with the condensed milk and butter, add the vanilla. Stir everything with a wooden spoon until you get a dough that does not stick. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make cookie balls with your hands and pass each of these through a bowl with grated coconut. The idea is that they are completely covered.

TIPS

Refrigerate to have better consistency.
